Get Connected with Upcoming ACE Programs at First Presbyterian Church!

Adult Christian Education (ACE) classes are available for all FPC members.

ACE Committee Plans

ACE recesses during the summer months, but the committee plans for a busy fall schedule.  What would you like to see offered between services?  Speakers?  Bible study?  Book study?  Videos?  There are many options to help deepen our knowledge of our Christian faith.  What would interest you?  Please send me an e-mail at with your suggestions, or drop a note in the ACE mailbox in the office. We could also use a couple more congregational members on our committee.  If you think this is something that you might be interested in, please let Barb Ehrman know.

Opportunities for Education

Opportunities for education, topics of discussions, current events, and congregational engagement can be found in our Adult Christian Education (ACE) classes.  If you have a program or topic you think would be of interest, please contact a member of the ACE Committee. Classes are open to all — bring a friend!

Bible Basics - Wednesdays, 6:30 pm

Have you let your Bible knowledge lapse a bit?  This group hopes to help that.  We will start out by looking at familiar stories & characters we may have learned about as a child in Sunday school but maybe haven’t read since, for example, Ruth, Daniel, Jonah & John the Baptist. No prior Bible study experience is necessary.  After the first few meetings, the group will decide together what it wants to study next. For more information, please contact Mark Jones ( or Julie Grothusen (
